Folks may come to the Ranch for the beautiful scenery and fun activities, but everyone looks forward to the next meal. The ranch staff excels at putting out wholesome & delicious home-cooked meals. We use organic vegetables as much as possible from our ranch garden and “The Garden” owned by Karl Gaskell. Knowing where your food comes from really does enhance the eating experience. We still serve wonderful pies, cakes, and other sweet creations to round out a satisfying meal.
We will have an excellent staff this year. Julie Bibro who worked for us in 2012 will be returning as the head cook in charge of dinner. Julie will help you have meals to remember.
Gordy Courtney, who has worked for us many years, will be the swing cook which means you could see him serving up tasty meals at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Gordy is in his first year of a certified cooking program at Sun Mountain Lodge in Winthrop.
Corianne Courtney, our daughter in law, will be the main breakfast and lunch cook. She will start your day off right!
